At Tobermory Distillery they produce two distinct single malts made for half the year each: a non-peated Tobermory and a heavily peated (30 – 40ppm phenol) Ledaig. Each malt reflects the inspiring island – from the bright and colourful Tobermory with vibrant fruit, spice and a subtle salty notes, reflective of the harbour waters, to the more robust, peated Ledaig, with sweet smoke and earthy notes.
Over recent years, Ledaig has really stamped its mark as a superb peated whisky.
Ledaig 10 Year Old, an extraordinary and distinguished hand-crafted single malt, is Tobermory Distillery’s signature smoky expression.
