This is Wemyss bottling of Speyside Dufftown distillery whisky has been matured from a single hogshead. Only 308 bottles worldwide. This whisky is a celebration of succulent stone fruits and indulgent treacle toffee. Truly quite exceptional.
Nose: Juicy ripe peach with notes of caramel.
Taste: A honey-sweet attack gives way to a peach-cobbler. Balanced finish with notes of warm baking spice, raisin, and dried stone fruit. It is a rich dessert in a glass.
Finish: Long, sweet finish.
