Brewed by Moriki Shuzo in Mie Prefecture, this label carries the story of Rumiko Moriki, the brewery’s female toji who took over brewing after finding inspiration in the sake manga Natsuko no Sake — with artist Akira Oze himself designing the label.

Delivering a delicate, fruity aroma of green apple and strawberry with hints of rice and sweetness. It’s a complex, versatile sake with a soft texture and a spicy kick on the finish.
