Rock Rose Gin Spring Edition

Rock Rose’s Spring Edition is distilled using ingredients, foraged from the local area during Spring, that give a seasonal taste to the Original Rock Rose Gin.

Coltsfoot from the distillery garden provides a delicious sweetness, while gorse flowers bring a gorgeous coconut like aroma. It also used dandelion to help balance the sweetness with delicious earthy, liquorice flavours.

Tasting notes

NOSE: Clean and fresh to nose with hints of lime.

PALATE: Wonderfully herbaceous with real citrus and juniper notes coming to the fore.

FINISH: This gin finishes with cooling and fresh notes.
