Originally distilled as an exclusive edition for the Craft Gin Club in August 2020, it was so well received that it was made part of Rock Rose’s core range. This experimental edition to date was inspired by the Caithness coastline and is distilled using locally foraged kelp from Shore Seaweed and liquorice salt from Hebridean Mustard Company.

Tasting notes
NOSE: Warm juniper notes giving way to bright lemon and verbena notes.
PALATE: Fresh citrus balanced with oceanic umami flavour of kelp.
FINISH: A hint of salinity coming through from the liquorice salt with more citrus on the finish.
