Longrow 18 YO is another expression released annually by Springbank Distillery in Campbeltown, Scotland. This 2022 release has been 100% matured in sherry casks.
Nose : Notes of sweet, barbequed pork and leather-bound books kick to this dram. There is an earthy note hinting toward the peat influence, along with notes of nectarine and menthol.
Palate : The sweetness continues on the palate with notes of honey, butterscotch and parma violets. Hints of orange peel complement the subtle peat influence.

First distilled in 1973, Longrow is double distilled at the Springbank distillery. A heavily peated single malt from the distillery located in Campbeltown. The malt is directly peat dried for up to 48 hours to give the whisky a unique Campbeltown-style smoky character.
Longrow is the richer, oilier single malt produced at the Springbank Distillery.
