Kinast Family Wines is a winery whose vineyards are located at the South of Santiago (Chile’s capital city) in the Valleys of Lontue, Colchagua, and Maule and also in Cool Climate zones as Leyda and Casablanca. The varieties have been selected according to different climatic conditions, but its location was determined according to the condition of the terroir existing in our different estates.

This Cabernet Sauvignon has a deep and intense ruby red colour. It is characterised by mature and red fruit aromas with notes of spices and hints of vanilla. This medium-bodied wine has a harmonious balance and persistence, and pairs with pasta and red meats seasoned with garlic and rosemary.

Tasting notes

The bouquet of this young wine reveals fruity aromas, together with notes of fresh herbs and hints of vanilla. The wine has balanced tannins and is medium-bodied with good persistence.

Food pairing

Serve between 16°C – 18°C. A great match with pasta and red meats seasoned with garlic, rosemary, mint, and porcini.
