NOSE: Figs, raisins, dates, salted caramel, orange peel and soft peat smoke.
PALATE: Pipe smoke, dark chocolate, dried fruit, honey and warming spice.
FINISH: Long and gently smoky, with lingering dark fruit and citrus peel.

Kilchoman Limited Edition Maury Cask Matured is not a finish, the whisky was aged for the full term of its maturation in ex-Maury fortified wine casks.
Maury is a sweet, fortified wine from the Roussillon region of southern France, made primarily from Grenache noir grapes. The time the whisky has spent maturing in these wine casks, has added layers of dates, raisins and dark honey sweetness which balance beautifully with the natural peat smoke and citrus sweetness of Kilchoman.
