To make this special annual release, Four Pillars distilled whole Christmas puddings in the botanical basket with amped up juniper, cassia an star anise. Then aged it for a year in 100-year-old Muscat barrels, and added a tweak of Rutherglen Muscat before bottling.

With juniper-led Christmas tree notes, plum pudding character hints of cinnamon it smells like gin and tastes like Christmas, especially with that hint of sweetness form the Muscat.

Sip it neat, mix it with ginger ale or beer, or try it in some great cocktails.
