The 2022 release brings together spirit from Sherry matured and Sherry finished casks. A hand-picked trilogy of 1st and 2nd fill Oloroso, Pedro Ximenez and ex-Bourbon casks finely balanced to accentuate the beauty of the tropical house style.

NOSE : Aromas of dried fruit, cinnamon, nutmeg, crystallised ginger, peppery oak and vanilla

PALATE : Dried exotic fruits, lightly syruped figs, grapefruit and notes of mature oak.

FINISH | Sun-kissed raisins, ripe guava, patisserie spices and cocoa qualities elaborated with natural vanilla. Also moist ginger cake, passion fruit, baked apple, underpinned with gentle notes of roasted coffee.
