Matured in ex-bourbon casks for 12 years, this single malt from Fettercairn embodies the distillery’s floral and tropical fruit flavours, while maintaining its characteristic lightness, which comes from a quirky cooling ring attached to the top of the swan neck that helps increase reflux. 

Tasting notes

COLOUR: Sunlight and amber honey. 

TASTE: Vanilla and pear, with soft spices. 

FINISH: Refreshing nectarine and tropical fruit, with subtle roasted coffee, clove, and ginger. A memorable finish of sultanas and black toffee.
