Tasting Notes

NOSE: Barley sugar, ripe pineapple, coastal sea air and a burst of citrus.

PALATE: Sweet honeydew melon, salted caramel ice cream, with hints of warming spice and lightly charred oak.

FINISH: Lemon curd on well toasted bread. Toasted oak and hint of spice.
