Duncan Taylor Quarterdeck Single Cask Rum Fiji 2009 12 Year Old 50.3%

Bottled independently as part of Duncan Taylor’s Quarterdeck range, this Fijian rum comes from the South Pacific distillery. Distilled using a pot still in 2009, it’s spent twelve years in the cask.

The South Pacific distillery on Lautoka, on the island of Fiji began production in 1980, and today operates both pot and column stills, and is known for making a few styles of rum, from light and easy-going to intense, full bodied, Jamaica-like funky rums.
