This is absolutely gorgeous, without doubt masterfully made; technically perfect.

Born in the rolling hills of Italy’s Piedmont region, Cucielo Vermouth di Torino are a range of vermouths that  simply perfect in a chilled, refreshing Aperitif and later in the evening in that luxurious Cocktail.

Cucielo is produced using hand-selected Italian wines and Artemisia from the rolling foothills of Piedmont. The “Ricetta Originalle” is a secret and unique recipe using only naturally sourced botanicals and aromas.
A wonderfully complex yet versatile, classic style of Vermouth Di Torino.

Whilst literally anyone can make vermouth at home, not everyone can make di Torino vermouth. There loads of rules (governed by EU law) that you must follow to brand your vermouth as a ‘di Torino’. The simplest way I can help explain it is this – it’s like comparing sparkling wine to champagne, or brandy to cognac.

The best quality of vermouth that Italy has to offer.
