The Glentauchers Distillery is situated in the Speyside, just a few miles from Keith on the road to Craigellachie. There is no visitor center at Glentauchers which may be one reason why the distillery is not very well known. There are very few bottlings of Glentauchers original bottlings as almost all of its production is used for blends such as Ballantine’s and Teachers.

Distilled at Glentauchers in 2011, this single malt was matured in first-fill bourbon barrels for 11 years before it was bottled in 2022. A total of 1,223 bottles were produced for this expression. Non-chill filtered, and presented without any added colour. Bottled at an elevated strength of 47.5%.
Tasting notes: Full-bodied, sweet malted barley and powerful vanilla notes.
