Distilled on the 9th of March 2005, this limited edition release rested in oak casks before setting sail on a finishing journey in a hand-selected single cask from the Armagnac region of Gascony, southwestern France.

Finishing in the finest French oak gives this 19 Year Old single malt a beautifully complex character, with layers of dried fruits, vanilla, caramel and delicate spice. Chosen with precision by Master Blender Julieann Fernandez, the Armagnac cask for this limited release was selected to capture the spirit of discovery.

Tasting notes

NOSE: Packed full of dried fruits, apricot, creamy vanilla, toasted oak and a hint of dark chocolate.

TASTE: Candied orange peel and baked apples fade to reveal caramel, a light ginger spice and a hint of liquorice.

FINISH: A dry lingering finish with oak spice and cocoa.
