Benromach 10 Year Old

This old bottling of Benromach 10 Year Old was matured for the first nine years in 80 percent bourbon casks and 20 percent sherry casks before spending a year in sherry casks.

Tasting notes

Aroma: rich sherry with fruit & nut chocolate, delicate spice, green apples, malty biscuit and a touch of light peat smoke

Palate:juicy raspberries and brambles, sherry, creamy malt and a light peat

Finish: Quite long, smoky, with notes of agaves and minerals.
