Spiced Old Fashion Cocktail
25ml Ancho Reyes Original
25ml Bourbon or Whisky
5ml Simple Syrup
3 dashes of Angostura Aromatic Bitters
Shake all ingredients and serve over ice, with a garnish of dried chilli or orange slice

A traditional Mexican liqueur made using dried poblano chilies.
Ancho Reyes Original uses chillies that are sun-dried for between 15 to 20 days to become ancho chiles. The dried chiles develop a rich, smoky, and fiery flavor. Once sun-dried, it is then painstakingly scissor hand sliced to ensure quality, and steeped in neutral cane spirit for 6 months. Then left in small vats to be blended together and marry.
The aroma is that of roasted chilli, cinnamon spice, smoke and a pungent finish. Use this to add spice and heat to your cocktails!!
