Come join us on Monday, May 19th for a special evening where diners will take home ONE bottle of the limited edition Springbank Amontillado 10 Year Old, and enjoy a very exclusive dinner and tasting of the Springbank Sherry series at the Michelin Guide Selected Nadodi restaurant.

On top of that, each ticket entitles you to dinner at Nadodi, along with a tasting sample of:

55% | 70cl | Campbeltown| Springbank | Limited Edition | NCF | Sherry Matured

The third release in the Springbank Sherry series, this whisky has been matured for five years in Bourbon casks, followed by five years in Amontillado sherry casks.

Tasting notes

NOSE: There is an earthy, mustiness on the nose, along with notes of hazelnut, maraschino cherries and blood orange.

PALATE: Notes of cured meats, gorse and tobacco box are balanced with sweet hints of coconut and treacle.

FINISH: A dry finish with notes of wood shavings and tarragon.
