Palate: Thick, oily, and highly textured. Rich notes of brown sugar, stewed raisins, ginger snaps, polished wood, and redcurrant jelly, balanced by a faint hint of tropical pineapple from the underlying spirit.
Finish: Long and warming. Sweet sticky toffee pudding, blackcurrants, a light crack of black pepper, and a surprising, pleasant touch of fresh tarragon and herbal notes.
