Distilled at the Inchgower distillery in 2016, this single malt was fully matured in a pair of first-fill ex-sherry butts before being bottled in 2024. Small batch release (1,639 bottles total), it is non-chill filtered and presented with no added colour. The result is reminiscent of a rich Christmas fruit loaf overloaded with dried fruits, walnuts, and warming winter spices like nutmeg and clove, all carried by a robust, oily texture.

NOSE: Greets you with notes of salted caramel, dark cherries, and roasted almonds.

PALATE: Remarkably like a rich, heavy Christmas fruit loaf that has been overloaded with sweet dried raisins, sultanas, crushed walnuts, and comforting winter spices like grated nutmeg and ground clove.

FINISH: Remarkably sustained, balancing the sweet holiday spice with a signature whisper of coastal salt and drying wood spice.
