Non-chill filtered and offering a rare look at a spirit typically reserved for major blends, it highlights the exceptional quality of independent bottlings.

Matured completely in a first-fill sherry butt for seven years, this whisky displays an excellent harmony between spirit and active wood. The result is a single malt that’s beautifully rounded and complex with layers of meaty malt, sweet fruit jam, stewed spiced fruits, and toasted vanilla. 

Tasting notes

NOSE: it offers a savoury yet sweet composition, highlighting red berries, leather, and sweet malted barley.

PALATE: is robust and textured, showing off a pleasant “meaty” maltiness coupled with thick strawberry and plum jam, stewed winter orchard fruits, and a soft undertone of toasted vanilla bean.

FINISH: clean and satisfying, with lingering notes of dark tea, light baking spices, and sweet oak.
