Expect a very rich, complex flavour profile with notes of spiced pear, charred apricot, dark molasses, and hints of vanilla oak—culminating in a long, warming finish with subtle sweet spice.
Tasting notes
NOSE: Freshly cut mango and pineapple, poached spiced pear, molasses with a hint of vanilla oak.
PALATE: Charred apricot, caramelised tropical fruits, sweet sun-dried Malvasia grapes and espresso burnt sugar.
FINISH: Madeira cake, more pineapple and toasted cereal with pleasant creamy tannins.
