Estrella Galicia Cerveza Especial is produced by using fresh water from the city of A Coruña, where the brewery is located. Then followed by using a delicate balance of pilsen and roasted malts, equal parts Nugget hops from Spain and Perle hops from Germany, along with a proprietary house yeast strain.
