We currently retail a wide selection of international premium brands of Spirits focusing on Single Malt Whiskies. We have our own retail stores and also supply product to premium establishments in Malaysia.
Job Responsibilities:
• Based at our retail shop in Bangsar Shopping Center.
• Able to work on shift hours and during weekends.
• Manage stock levels and replenishments from HQ
• Manage mini events that are held in-store
• Build customer relationships with our regular instore customers
• Manage customer enquiries on the phone or through social media
Job Requirements:
• Interest to learn more about premium single malt whiskies and spirits
• Experience in selling premium spirits is an advantage.
• Experience with customer service of high net worth customers is also an advantage
• Fluency in spoken English is essential.
• Good communication skills, positive working attitude, earnest attitude to learning.
• Basic internet and computing skill
