To make this limited edition gin, Sorgin Yellow Sauvignon Gin is aged in freshly emptied Chateau Rochemorin Bordeaux wine casks, for three months. (The Sorgin Yellow, having already been an Sorgin Small Batch Sauvignon Gin aged in fresh Sauvignon Blanc casks for 6 months.)

This gin is a round and ample gin that has a fruity nose with notes of cinnamon, plum, and red berries. The fresh and citrus profile, typical of Sorgin, balances perfectly with the barrels’ aromas. On the palate, spicy cardamom notes harmonise with smoky and wooden flavours, while a touch of cedar gives an overall velvety caress.
