This single malt from Taiwan-based Nantou distillery was exclusively aged in sherry casks, resulting in a full-bodied whisky with notes of caramel, toast, dried fruit and a hint of smoke.

The flavour of Single malt whisky (Sherry type) shows floral, a hint of sulfury at the first, following by ripen banana, biscuit, plum, jam, woody and dark chocolate falvors. It has a heavy, full, and sweet taste, like the flavour of caramel on the toast. Dried fruit, citrus cake flavour can be found in the after taste. It give the typical sherry cask whisky flavour performance. The hint of sulfury flavour changes to end with smoky notes that are rich in body and complexity.
