It is part of Duncan Taylor’s Octave series, which has undergone a second maturation in sherry octave casks that are about 1/8th the size of a butt. The result is an ‘Octave Invigorated’ whisky that has an expanded flavour profile of a mature, well-balanced Scotch Whisky.
