Bunnahabhain, pronounced boon-na-ha-ven is distilled from a distillery located in the north eastern corner of Islay, very near Port Askaig. The distillery was started in 1881 and heavily relied on sea trade. Facing the Jura islands, this distillery sits exactly by the sea, still boasting its own jetty.

Tying together tradition and innovation, this limited edition shows our skilled whisky teams passion for excellence, and their strive to do something different. Having spent nearly 9 years in whisky refill Hogsheads, the liquid was then transferred into Portuguese Port Pipes for the remainder of the time. The result is a cask strength malt, with a unique sweetness limited to 1650 bottles worldwide.
